Research Grants
AAHS awards research grants each year up to $10,000 for members to pursue research in basic science and/or clinical areas pertinent to hand surgery education. AAHS holds regular high-quality educational symposia each year offering in-depth instruction by noted experts in hand surgery. Every third year, AAHS conducts a week-long conference following the meeting of the International Federation of Societies for Surgery of the Hand usually in an adjacent country. This meeting fosters improved communication between hand surgeons, therapists, and scientists from around the world. Members enjoy a reduced registration fee for all educational activities and receive Continuing Medical Education Credits.
Annual Scientific Session
